Yoga Like A Mother is a chance to take a deep breath and find your balance. Whether you are looking to find strength or improve flexibility we’ve got you covered. In this 45 min class we will flow through different poses to both strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Whether you have never done yoga or it’s your preferred modality, ALL are welcome. Our registered yoga instructor curates each class with multiply variations to cater to every level. We understand the unique challenges that women face when it comes to prioritizing their own well-being while juggling the demands of life and sometimes stoping to take a deep breath does wonders.
All of our classes offer a supportive community, specialized programming, and a nurturing environment to help you achieve your fitness goals while embracing your unique needs and stage of life. Yoga Like A Mother is programmed to improve balance, stability, increase strength, and flexibility. All levels of fitness welcomed.
Children and babies are welcome to join mama and stay close throughout the workout. For safety reasons, children 4 and under should remain in a stroller during class.
